Why you need lots of "play clothes"

Sunday afternoon + lots of rain puddles in the yard = major fun for Turner and lots of laughs for her parents!

You'll notice in the last few pictures we have a new addition to our courtyard - a fountain! I have always thought a fountain would be just perfect for this area, but didn't want to pay lots for this unnecessary purchase. Well, Tuesday night we went to Home Depot and took Turner over to look at the water and fish in their fountain...and this beauty was sitting there waiting on us - with a yellow clearance sticker on it! Still an unnecessary purchase, but we absolutely love how much it added to our courtyard area, not to mention the unbelieveable fun Turner has had playing in it! I think she may think it's her toy!

She is adorable!!!! you gotta let kids get dirty once in a while...wonder where her friend Kirkley Muncie was...definitely NOT in the mud :) Love you Holly!

Every picture I was thinking, I hope that cute shirt comes clean. You are right, you gotta let them get dirty- I mean that's the best part of childhood!

I am so glad that you are not one of those moms that won't allow their child to get dirty. Looks like she had a ball!

I love it! I must know...did you throw the clothes away, or did you wash them and try to get the stains out? Turner is so precious! It looks like you all are enjoying every moment! By the way, I love seeing her in the Christmas dress on side of the blog...too sweet! Take care and keep blogging. You do such a good job!
