Birthday Party Fun!

A few Saturdays ago we were invited to two birthday parties for sweet friends! We started the day at Cole's pirate party and as you'll see below the decorations and activities were absolutely adorable!

Turner got to make her own pirate beard!

Any party that has tables full of craft materials is always a hit with my crafty little girl!

She also made a precious hand print pirate!

We left the pirate party and went across town to a neighborhood playground for Natalie's birthday party.  Natalie is a sweet friend from preschool and we enjoyed a beautiful spring day with lots of friends from our preschool class!

Turner has always been hesitant to get her face painted, she'll get her hand painted but never her face.  I was a little surprised when she announced she wanted to give it a try on this particular day, but as I expected she ended up loving it!  Her first choice was a rainbow, but as you'll see later on she decided to get another design on the opposite cheek!

We returned home and our neighbor Anderson was outside, and Turner and Anderson are always ready to play!  We turned on the bubble machine and they had a ball!

We have greatly enjoyed the warmer weather and the abundance of sunshine!  So fun to share beautiful days with sweet friends!
