Halloween 2014

This year, Turner was invited (or perhaps invited herself in a summer planning session for Halloween) to join a family down the street and dress as one of Tinkerbell's fairy friends from the movie The Pirate Fairy.  Turner wanted to be Fawn, the animal fairy.  

We found her costume on Etsy and of course we had to put it on and take a selfie as soon as it arrived in the mail! :)

We continue to be blessed by our friendships with our neighbors on our street, and again this year we gathered to have a chili supper with snacks and treats before we all headed out walking the streets of our neighborhood.

  

This was the full trick-or-treat crew...what a sweet sight to see them running and squealing from house to house.  Not a care in the world...just childlike fun.
