Genetics

I have a predisposition in my family to have extreme stress relative to athletic events.  My grandfather had a heart attack at ~age 40, shortly after agonizing over a boxing match.  My great uncle had a heart attack in Jordan Hare stadium.

Why I married someone with sports alliegances to the New Orleans Saints, the Chicago Cubs, and Mississippi State, I will never know.

But it's not good for my heart.

A few weeks back, I almost had a heart attack in my own living room watching Kentucky vs. Mississippi State.  Mark was at work and I was here at the house, by myself, squatting on my den floor about to freak out.  (And starting to really, really, hate John Wall.)

So, right now at my house we are just a little stressed.  Come on Blue Devils.  My heart can't take it.
