Friday, on the way to Starkville, here's the conversation we had in the car:
Turner: "Mommy, Mommy I need something."
Me: "Ok, baby, what do you need?"
Turner: "I need a Popsicle!"
Me: "Well, Turner, I don't have a Popsicle."
Turner: "Miss Rhonda has a Popsicle."
*We've discovered Turner has been double dipping in the Popsicles lately. That had been an afternoon tradition of sorts, coming home and getting a popsicle and going outside to eat it. Then I found out she was getting one at Rhonda's earlier in the afternoon, then coming home and asking for another!
Sunday, on the way to church, we had some combos in a bag for a snack. Here's how Turner kept asking for "one more":
"Mommy, I need some more combos." (We were shocked as she had never been taught this word, only heard us use it a couple of times in the car.) After that one was eaten, "Mommy, I need some gumbos." After that one was gone, "Mommy, I need some tebows." (We have been teaching her to recognize Tim Tebow on TV (despite the fact that she did claim that he was one of the Yankees baseball players last night) and she is pretty good at recognizing him!
Sunday, also on the way to church, here's my favorite.
Turner: "Mommy play the piano."
Me: "Yes, Turner, Mommy is going to play the piano."
Turner: "I play the piano. "I play the piano, just like you." Think that warmed my heart??!
There is absolutely NO way that we could catalog all the hilarious things she says - Mark and I discussed this over the weekend and they come so quickly we can't remember them all! She busted out with a new blessing tonight (the full version of God is great, God is good, etc.) and we had never heard that, nor did we teach her that! Absolutely amazing.

So very precious!!!
Y'all crack me up! I love reading about what Turner can come up with. I saw your mom at church a couple weeks ago when I was home for the day, and had to go speak during greeting time just to tell her how I check your blog all the time. Seriously, I think I may have a problem. I have all blogs pulled up on my iphone internet app.
